How do you price a clean?
Every job gets a fixed price in writing before we start. Move-out cleans are priced by unit size, post-construction and office work by square foot, and hotel renovations per guest room. Our starting prices are listed on each service page.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring HEPA vacuums, microfibre, scrapers, ladders and all cleaning products. On construction sites we arrive in steel-toe boots, hard hats and high-visibility vests.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to fix it at no charge. That's our re-clean guarantee.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and are registered with WorkSafeBC. Certificates are available on request for builders and property managers.
